You can name your character anything you want, as long as it follows Blizzard's naming policy.
Blizzards rules for naming your characters are pretty simple. Your name cannot have any racial or ethnic overtones, cannot be sexual in nature, cannot be extremly violent in nature, and cannot refer to your sexual orientation. It also cannot be harrassing or defamatory, cannot refer to Blizzard employees either directly or masked, and mild references to certain parts of the human anatomy. They also cannot advertise organizations or websites.

First you need to buy and install wow. Then create an acount at wow's website. then open wow, sign in and you will see an option to create a new character.
