Yes! Connect your Wii to the internet, buy some Wii Shop Points from a game shop, go onto the Wii Shop Channel and that's it! You can buy new WiiWare titles (I'd recommend Bit.Trip beat and Lost Winds) or buy old Virtual Console games (Super Mario Bros for NES is a must).
