"You can download Project 64.Then,go to emuparadise.com and then on the left side there will be a categories list and click on the one that says "ROM's ISO's & Games" then look for The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina Of Time" Previous Answer.
As I've stated a few times before(3) you can't play the actual Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time game (the original game on N64 or the Gamecube remake) online. this question isn't asking where you can get the ROM online or if you can get it online it asks if you can PLAY it online. please don't post another answer about where you can find the ROM because it isn't the right question to post it on.
on a side note emuparadise.com has ROM and ISO's but you might as well try a website like romulation.net where you don't have to pay to download the ROMs or ISO's. emuparadise.com isn't a good choice for ROMs. ROMULATION DOES NOT WORK
Edit! I beg to differ. Vizzed.com has the actual playable game, or if it's a hack copy, it's been quite expertly done so. It's free, too; Unfortunately, it doesn't play on some computers like mine that have video card issues. Don't think I haven't played it, though. It worked fine on my mom's computer.
No, that would be against Nintendo copyright laws.
After you get the Ocarina, Link will remember Zelda and she will teach you the Song of Time. You have to play it to start the three days over.

complete all 4 temples and go to the tower at midnight. play oath to order. continue from there.
No, you need to play it on either the N64 or you download it on to the Wii. If you do the latter, you will need to use the Wii Classic Controler.
Once you get the Song of Time, just play each note of the song twice. Right-right-A-A-down-down.
GameCube n64 and 3ds or a Rom if you know how to use emulators
No, it cannot be played without an Expansion Pak. They can be bought from eBay, or possibly in local classifieds. If you play it with a regular Jumper Pak, a screen will tell you to put in an Expansion Pak. I hope this helps!
Only if you download an emulator for the N64 and an emulation for the game.
