Where did you find the mandrake root on poptropica?

It is above the high wall to the right on the exterior of the castle (right of the moat before you enter the castle proper).

You need the crossbow from the Armory inside the castle. Once you have lighted the 4 chandeliers in the Library (using the candles), go right to find the glass eye on the floor. Put it in the tiger's head above the left bookcase. This will give you the armory key. Go in and get the crossbow.

Use the crowbar to break the chains on the right side door of the Library. Go outside and left to leave the front of the castle. To the right of the doorway is a tree and a tall wall like the one in the Armory attic. Shoot a few arrows into the tall wall to the right. Before the arrows fall out, climb up them to reach the mandrake plant.

You need all three ingredients for the anti-vampirism formula

-- the garlic is on the shelf

-- the mandrake root is atop the wall near the moat

-- the wolfsbane is in the lab, but must be wilted

(Roll the loose cannonball next to the fire in the Great Hall, where it becomes red-hot. Use the fireplace Poker to roll it into the dumbwaiter -- pull the red lever first -- and pull the red lever in the Lab to let it roll out there.)

Once you have all three, go to the microscope and test your formulas. Various mixtures have various effects on the cells. The one you want is 1 part mandrake, 3 parts wolfsbane, and 3 parts garlic -- click the dropper once on the mandrake and three times on the others. When you apply it to the cells, they turn human again.

You find the mandrake root outside the castle. You go through the archway, and then fire arrows at the wall to your right to create a ladder, which you then climb up and will see the mandrake root a little to your left.
