it is in the wearhouse in denerim market behind a bookcase but you cant get past it until you save reordan the other gray warden near the end of the game you will rescue him from arl howl go to a chest in arl howls estate and you will get grey warden documents the chest is in a bedroom then ask reordan about it he will tell you stuff then go to arl of red cliff estate talk to him about it there and he will give you the code to get past the book case the are lots of other cool stuff the as well such as duncans shild to give to alistair bring a rouge some chests are locked
