To the Devon corporation which is at rustboro city go upstairs in the corporation and talk to all the scientists one will revive your fossil leave the building go back talk to him again and he will give you lileep/anorith.
Yes, but it could come back again. It will disappear permanently if you take a fossil.
It's actually pretty simple to get the Fossil on Pokémon Emerald. First you go to Fallarbor Town, then go all the way to the edge of the town (Route 114). Then, you go to the Fossil Maniac's house. Then go all the way back to the tunnel he dug. The tunnel should be called Desert Underpass. Once you get in, walk as far as possible to the right, and eventually you will see a fossil, and it will be the Fossil you didn't choose in Mirage Tower! You definetely need the National Pokédex to unlock the tunnel!
You have to go to route 111 there is a tower. at the top you'l find the root fossil. take it to the denvon compony and give to the fossil guy on the second flour. he will reserect it.
In Pokemon Sapphire, you can't catch Kabutops in the wild. You have to first obtain a Claw Fossil from the Mirage Tower on Route 111. Then take the Claw Fossil to the Devon Corporation in Rustboro City to revive it into a Kabuto. Finally, level up Kabuto to lvl 40 to evolve it into Kabutops.
To get Cradily, you must evolve Lileep at level 40. Getting Lileep is quite simple. You must find the Mirage tower, and climb to the uppermost floor. Take the Root Fossil. Then you must take it to the scientist in the lower right corner of the second floor, and give it to him. Simply walk outside the building, and bike/walk around for about 30 seconds; the number of steps needed is unknown. Upon reentering, your fossil will have become a Pokemon yours to claim. If you have picked the Claw fossil from the tower, there is still another chance for this. After you have beaten the Elite 4 and Champion, visit the Fossil Maniac in the back of his house, which is just west of Fallarbor Town. He will be standing next to a hole in the wall. Enter this hole and head through the Ditto-infested cave to find the alternate Fossil.
You can find the claw and root fossil inside a tower in the desert. If you take either one of it, the other one will disappear to the ground. But you still can get the disappear one at fallarbor town, inside the fossil maniac house after you defeat the elite four.
Get the claw fossil from Mirage Tower in the desert. Go to the second floor of the Devon building. One of the people will revive the fossil. Go outside and come back in to claim your Anorith. Get it to level 40 and... CONGRATULATIONS! Your Anorith has evolved into Armaldo! If you get the root fossil... you can't get the other in Ruby so...sorry.
As Far As I Know, It Is Impossible To Aquire Both The Root And Claw Fossil In The Mirage Tower As One Of Them Will Dissapear Into The Sand. The Game Was Designed For You To Only Take One Of The Two, And So I Would Consider It An Impossibility To Get Both. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I heard online that the other fossil can be found in the Desert Underpass after defeating the Hoenn Elite Four and Champion.
The Devon corporation has a floor where there are a bunch of scientists with computers. If you talk to one of the scientists, he'll tell you he's working on a machine that revives Pokemon from old fossils and it's working. If you go to him after visiting Mirage Tower in the desert, he'll take your fossil and after you leave and come back, he'll give you either an Anorith or a Lileep (depending on which fossil you chose). Also, if you go to the Fossil Maniac's house after you beat the game, then there will be a long tunnel where you can find 1) the fossil that you didn't get before, and 2) wild Dittos.
you will find the fossils in the desert. wait until the sand tower appears, then before it vanishes, go inside. climb to the top and choose a fossil. you can only take one.
The Claw Fossil can't be hatched but can be revived into a Pokémon. In-order to revive the Claw Fossil in Pokémon Emerald you need to take it to the Devon Corporation building in Rustboro City, an NPC there will revive the fossil for you.
Pick a fossil from the Mirage Tower. It doesn't matter which, whichever one you fancy. Afterwards. It's actually pretty simple to get the other Fossil on Pokémon Emerald. You go to Fallarbor Town, then go all the way to the edge of the town (Route 114). Then, you go to the Fossil Maniac's house. Then go all the way back to the tunnel he dug. The tunnel should be called Desert Underpass.
