Pokemon's ID is your Trainer Card ID!
there are only 336 Pokemon in emerald. there id number is there number. that number is your trainers number. check your trainer card.
Every Pokemon in the game could have that ID number. The ID number is not assigned to an individual Pokemon but rather to an individual trainer. Every Pokemon a trainer catches will have that same ID number. Thus, if the trainer with ID 00081 catches every Pokemon in the game, every Pokemon could have that number.
Just check your trainer card and it is hiding in the top right. No worries :)
The ID number refers to the TRAINER who caught it, not the Pokemon itself. The ID is made up when you start a new game and is exclusive to you. Whenever you catch a Pokemon it will be given YOUR ID. If you trade with someone, however, that Pokemon will show you FRIEND's ID.
The phrase varies from game to game. There is a generator on this site (http://www.filb.de/games/emerald/word.php?lang=2) and that will generate your Trainer Card ID # into your saying.
Its not the pokemon, its the trainer that has the id.
The word depends on your Trainer ID. You get a wallpaper if say the right word. Here is a website that generates the word you should use. http://www.filb.de/?site=games/gba/emerald/word

You're most likely looking at the Trainer ID Number. Whenever a trainer catches a Pokemon, their ID number is assigned to it. 177178 must be the Trainer ID of a trainer. Check out other Pokemon in your roster, and this might solve your problem.
Go to your Trainer card.
The lotto is determined by your trainer ID number, not a Pokemon - 36484 is your trainer ID number that any Pokemon you catch has.
