after yu beat the game, yu can talk to rhythmi, who tells yu to go find a roserade. go to the place where yu found the blastoise for the "Fire in Veinforest" mission and capture a floatzel that should be around there somewhere. follow the river and go towards a waterfall. get off at the dock there and travel by foot towards the meadow(?) roserade should be there. capture it and bring it back to rhythmi. turns out the quest was a stall for a party that she was planning. after yu give her the roserade, yu ll go up the escalator for a "party" there yu can see Keith and everyone else which lasts about a few seconds.
yu can also see Keith after yu defeat the whole capture arena. he comes to congratulate yu, and say he ll surpass yu.
