A snubbull can be found in lots of places, But you need to go to sandgem town and talk to dawn or Lucas sister to do so. She will say something like,"What did the news say again? oh yeah there were a bunch of snubbull on route 218!" Or something along those lines but it probably won't be a snubbull. It might be a likitung or other rare pokemon!
