you fly to lily cove. you go right and up the stairs. then you go right more then you'll see ledgs you can jump dowm from. then go down those 2 ledges ONLY. the you go down these stairs. the move right and up. when you go up you need to be right next to the wall. then go up and you'll see a cave, go in and your done! but dont leave too early, because the entrance will close, so stock pile on full restores and revives. dont worry about pokeballs. if you find a master ball in the hidout the you'll have no problem with kyoger.
