To get the Ice, get the pick axe from the knight in the hallway and chip ice cubes from the freezer.
To get the Lantern, synchronize the mantle clocks in the third floor bedroom.
To get the Chalice, use the spider to scare the witch painting, then fly on her broomstick into the attic, and unlock the large chest.
