The telephone booth is in Super Power Island on Main Street, where you first came next to the Masks and Capesshop. You will see it ringing. Answer and you'll get flying powers to defeat Betty Jetty, (at the skyscraper which is above the building with the taped doors) your last criminal you need to catch before you get your medallion. (The officers actually gave it to Ned Noodlehead, the owner of the Comic Shop. Get him a hotdog at the Park, and he will give you the medallion.) To defeat Betty Jetty, Dodge the green balls she throws at you. If you get hit too much, you will fly back down. I beat that island, but let me tell you, it takes lots of practice and is very hard!!!!
