Where is upover in dragon quest ix?

Firstly you have to be at the right point in the game, ie, you've been specifically told to get there. On Wormwood Creek's map, you first need to go to the north, to a cave, where you will meet a ghost who asks for an item. The item is in Wormwood Creek's church, on the right. Then you will be sent to the Bowhole, which is also accessed from the Wormwood Creek map, in the northwest. Completing the Bowhole will give you an item which you can use to cross the canyon to the west of Wormwood Creek. After that, the path is long but fairly linear, and will lead you to Upover.

(Just saying, this is a bit of a spoiler, so if you aren't at least at Wormwood Creek, don't read this.)

Okay, first thing to do: go to the bowhole and fight your way to the bottom. Fight Gadorongo and obtain the Wyrmlight bow. Go to Wormwood Canyon and watch the scene unfold. Then, go across the path of light and fight your way up the mountain. I don't remember the specific names of the regions, but try to get to the middle of the mountain, and you'll see some stairs. Those lead to Upover.
