there is none, please for the love of waffle, please spread the word that most all of guns and weapons you can't get by cheating wo/ mods are mods, and that all gta games don't have real advertisers, so no portal gun or no Dodge viper or so on. Please keep in mind and spread word.

u need to put portal.cs in your celo folder and than write "portal" in the game to make the blue portal and and to make the second press "tab" and right click

If you have a PC version you can get the portal gun but it has to be downloaded as a MOD if you have a console you can download the MOD via USB port by copying the MOD file over.
