In maplestory GLOBAL it is in nlc (new leaf city) If you don´t know how to get there here's the answer
you get to the kerning city subway station and you buy a ticket and you board the train
when you get there you go out of the station and you walk through the city until you see a hummer car press on it and you will be transported to crimson wood you walk a little bit and you get into a mansion in the mansion you walk into various doors and then you would find the rotten skeleton in one of them.

You should train at golems in Henesys or kill the rotting skeletons in the Haunted Mansion. To get to the Haunted Mansion, simply take the interdimensional portal to NLC Then to the far left of the map, take the special gray taxi/car. Once you arrive, go into the mansion and head all the way up to the top floor and enter in through the fireplace. You'll see three springs, jump on it and you'll land on the 1st platform. Directly underneath that platform is where you'll find the rotting skeletons.

Taking advantage of glitches go against the nexon agreement for making an account im pretty sure but u dont need to cheat anyways.....its really easy to get to lvl 30.....go to the dimensional portal, select new leaf city, take the bus there to haunted house, go to the chimney and go to rotting skeletons and train on those till 30
