In "The Ballad of Gay Tony" (TBoGT), the Brickade can be found at the vehicle warehouse in the Boabo area of Algonquin. You can also find it occasionally parked around the city or during certain missions. Additionally, if you have completed the "I’ll Take Her" mission, you can find a Brickade in the parking lot near the warehouse in the mission area.

It doesn't work in TBOGT, only in GTA IV. In TBOGT you just get an error message if you try and view current crimes or most wanted. You can still search police records on the cop computer though, and also call for police back up.

You can still see The Lost clubhouse in TBOGT, it is in the same place as it was in TLAD, which is Acter, in Alderney. Johnny and his friends burnt it out in TLAD, and it is inacessible to Luis in TBOGT.
