Where to get mew in Pokemon LeafGreen?

start a new game. in cerucean city there is a slowpoke trainer.when you first get there save then find out where he is. after you find him turn off the game then turn it back on.get a abraand go to the poiekmon center and go to a trainer one step before he will see you and use teleport he will se you then you will go. your start button will not work for a moment. go fight the slowpoke trainer(without battling others). then use teleport after the baTTLE. go to the bridge and the start menu will pop up. close it and a level 7 mew will pop up and you will have to catch it yourself. good luck!!!

Mew cannot be caught in Pokemon diamond as well as mewtwo and the rest of the legendarysfrom previous games. they must be transferred via pal park

MEW is only in one game WITHOUT AN EVENT. If you want mew buy Pokemon blue or get GameShark to warp to the event island where it is located in emerald.
