Celeste is a female owl whom is the sister of Blathers. She helps him run the museum and has her own little cove upstairs in the museum, home to a large telescope and several star charts. There, you can create constellations, erase ones you've previously drawn, or edit ones you have made. After you've made one, Celeste will provide you with helpful info, like when the constellation will be easiest to view in the sky.
