law is by far the best character his combos have a slight affect on Azazel and its the guy who can use the sledge hammer when u equip it on him go on a battle select the form of law that's got the sledge hammer such as pressing x or square.then press hold back square x and circle together at the same time he should knock someone head with it. loll lmao

the best one is blanka or ryu by far. because ryu is made with beter codes and blanka has different fight encryption.
