Who sells parchment in wizard 101?

You cant buy it unless rarely theres some that another player has sold to the regeants vender (the person next to the "task giver". You can usually find it in Krokotopia. Its super hard to find from my experiences. Some good places to look are the Chamber of Fire which is located in Pyramid of the Sun and sometimes you can find them in the colossuem but you have to get access to the big sphxinx head thingy first. You can usually ask a nice high level member to take you over there. Youll see the parchment on the ground. It looks like a scroll of paper with sparkles floating off of it. If you see anything with sparkles on it then pick it up cause you might need it later on in other tasks. :-) good luck!!! Molly Balance/Life Lvl 33
