Why can't i pay for Minecraft?

It is fairly normal for people to pay for a product or service. Because of the amount of time spend developing, creating and maintaining a game, the developers usually ask for money rather than releasing it for free. minecraft falls in this category.

Minecraft may not be downloading for many reasons:

- (unlikely) Your computer is full and cannot hold any more files

- (more likely) Your firewall is preventing a download from Minecraft.net

Hopefully you can look into either of the things above, if your computer is full; try deleting something, else you may just have to change some of the firewall settings/anti-virus settings on your computer to add an exeption for minecraft.net

you need a pay pal, because it will mess up your credit card (and it costs about $21 during beta)

Some cards don't work on certain websites. One of my cards did not work on hottopic.com.

In the store section of Minecraft's website. You need to make an account on the site to buy the game. (Site linked below)
