Perhaps to you they speak fast, but to others they speak normal. The game developers recorded every line individually, and put it all together as one huge line of chatting in the game. If there comes a time where two phrases seem to come close together rather fast, well sorry, but it's only a minor issue on how much was put into the game in the first place.
No. Skyrim is rated "M" for blood and goer, sexual content, and alcohol. Sounds terrible, but with blood, yeah there is some of that, and you find brutely murdered bodies as background stuff in dungeons being the goer. I'm still not exactly sure what the sexual content is. Perhaps just that some NPCs wear cloths that are a little revealing. Alcohol is due to the fact that you can get it, and get drunk from it too.
yes there are plenty and there are glitches too!
Rule of big number. If each and everyone of them speak that fast chances are you're too slow. But if only several people talk that fast... they are too fast.
Go to Riften at the temple of Mara. Speak to one of the priests there about marriage- he will ask you if you want to buy an Amulet of Mara. Purchase and wear it while talking to her, do some errands for her, too, and eventually you might be able to marry her.
No, Skyrim is too big a game to come out for the dsi.

No, it can be executed with a blocking weapon too, such as a two-handed sword.
I think it´s skyrim!
Killing Gerdur shouldn't be too hard and if you did shouldn't be too much of a overall problem. She is not realy a important NPC in the game.
To speak to someone in a way designed to get them to do something. Also means to speak to someone in order to express disapproval, such as--> "I admonished him for driving too fast."
pay someone to speak for you
