Why does Fallout 3 crash when I try to start a new game?

you should download some patches, just type in on Google fallout 3 patches and choose the one that you want and it should fix any of your problems.

it means your PC cannot run the game. Try putting all of the setting in the option menu as low as they go if this does not work you PC is unable to play the game. Proberbly as it does not meet the syster requierments.

if you mean on the PC and when it crashes it says fallout 3 has stopped working then it is because your computer cannot run it. Some computers can load the start menu for a game but then cannot run the game. Try going on the options and lowering everything really low and if it still does not run then your PC might not be able to play it at all.

This is to explain what happening. When I pit the game into the drive it does not even realize it is there, the disk spins but only a small amount, it does not give an error or anything, it acts like there is no game in there at all, please help
