it could be many things.
there might a game glitch brought on by modding but more likely its a lack of performance for your computer.
fixs- more ram would be good 4gb or 8gb and add a video card with 1gb of v-ram (hd 6770, gtx 550 ti, or even a hd 5670 would do it
if your not for that u could reinstall the mods one by one till u find the max for your system or the one that is causing the problem
also u could reinstall the game
