If it doesn't let you register, make sure you are not using a email that has been registered already. Try using a different browser also. If you cannot view the page, that can mean you have gotten IP-banned.

There are many reasons why your sign up failed, including: username already exists, passwords don't meet criteria or the passwords don't match, you didn't click the agree to terms and conditions, invalid birthday, the email your registering with has already been used, or you failed to type in the correct CAPTCHA.
