Sometimes the server is down, sometimes you need to clear your cache (Google it)
But the really weird one what i discovered is that if you remove the 'www.' from the URL i.e http://warbears.com/bedtime.php then it says error, if you done this just add in the www. at the start (after the http://) and it should work.
