Why would your Honda Civic 2002 dash lights and speedometer etc all just go off while your driving and then go back on?
Check your fuses first of all but maybe your battery is loose or almost dead. Happened to me engine was on but radio also flickered. For me a fuse was blown. Same thing happened to me! It was actually my alternator not giving enough power to the battery, and it made my tachometer completely die, along with the radio and so on.
