There arn't any codes, (I think) BUT, there are some Easter eggs and good glitches in the game. First, In the concerntrated Bowling (the one where it goes 10 pins, 15, 21, 28... 91) On the last round, try to get as far as you can to the barrier. go 1 click to the other one, so you're not on it, but close to it. Then, rotate it a bit, and bowl! If you do it right, it will go down the barrier and flick a switch, making a slight tremour, getting you a strike on level 10.

Also, on tennis, at the blank bit after choosing you're player, hold 2 down, and you get a blue tennis court.

There are many more, I think on wikiHow there is a page called 'How to Cheat at Wii Sports'. There are all of the cheats there.

They are found on the back of the Nintendo Points card underneath some metallic foil which must be scratched away to expose the code.
