You got hacked on stardoll and you were a superstar she changed the email and the pass what can you do to get the account back?

thats what happened to my sister i feel really bad for her coz mine got hacked but i got it back but now hers is hacked the person changed her email

Stardoll send u an email b4 the account is changed, just say u dnt want the email changed & change ure stardoll pass!

well my best advice if you already know who hacked you get a new acount and try to get people to report them. but if you don't look around for common hackers on stardoll and see if they would match the person who you think would've hacked you.

This actually happened to me on stardoll and all i did was send stardoll emails ( if you type into Google (stardoll email) the first one the list will give you it) and you tell them who hacked you and a reference number to prove that it is yours. If you have ever became superstar on stardoll then check you email and you will find a reference number there. Send them and email saying that you have been hacked the reference number for the account you want back and your actual email tell them that you want a new password for the account that has been hacked sent to your email. Make sure you remember the reference number in your message otherwise stardoll will send you a message saying that you have not given them enough information to prove that the acount is yours! You should get a message from stardoll in about a days time. Hope this Helps as it has happened to me before :)
