Vanda B's real name is Katya Baranova but she has many aliases. Google (Vanda B scam), do a little research, and you'll find out all you need (and probably want) to know.

Is a dragon tattoo bad luck if the head was facing downward and tail upward?

Whoever told you that BS is messing with your brain. Give me a break - I myself have a Sun Dragon on my left forearm, and I've been around the world and seen many Dragon tattoos with the head down and tail up. In fact, it's usually the preferred style/placement for many designs. My particular dragon style is head up, and I wouldn't say MY luck over the past 22 years since I got it has been that great. While I am superstitious (most sailors are) I've never heard of that one, and I've been to many a place in this world. So don't sweat it. Remember that luck is 90% what you believe in - if you believe that what you were told is 100% BS, then it will be. Of course if you're really that gullible, and you've got a Dragon tattoo like that, you can always get it lasered off. But then someone will probably come along somewhere and say it doesn't matter since it was already there and you can't totally remove it, or some other BS like that. There are always ways of altering a story to instill fear and brain locks for those willing to believe in things they shouldn't believe in. Bottom line - BS is BS. Don't listen to any. IF you believe it's bad luck, then it will be, so don't.

What can you do with an associates in fine arts degree?

Not much. It is only a two year degree so you need to go and finish in a area of study for a BA/BS. If you are a "fine arts" type of person you may want to consider getting a teaching credential as opposed to something in science or math. Find an area of study that suits your learning style and where you can make a good living. College is for getting an education so you can enter a profession and earn a living.
