I hope I'm wrong, but I believe that is a chemical change and is permanent. Contact a professional. Maybe the stains could be chelated out with HF (hydroflouric acid). But you should still get some professional advice.

ANSWER:

Personally I hate using any kind of acid on marble, it's just not a good mix. First thing to try is acetone on a soft rag. Hydrogen Peroxide may bubble out the stain. There are also marble poultices available at Home Depot that may be required. When it does come clean, remember to reseal the stone with a professional stone cleaner.
