That depends upon if you returned the pH to an acceptable level of 7.6 If the chlor is at 1.5 to 3.0; your pH is 7.4 to 7.6; you total alkalinity is at 80 to 120 ppm you can then assume that you can go into the pool.

In other words if your pH is still at 6.8 or lower after you added X amount of soda ash then you should not use the pool.
