Chlorine drops naturally, just wait. Muriatic acid is the best (and usually cheapest) thing to lower pH without affecting other pool chemistry factors. Alkalinity will come down some but if still too high you need to a) drain some water and refill, or b) lower pH to below 7 and aerate, typically for a few days. There are several internet sources that will tell you how to do this in detail but if you are not up to a multi-day chemistry project, a partial drain/refill is the best route.
