As long as they both look the same and it will go on in the same manner there should be no problem.Make sure that the craftsman is at least 32cc engine as you don't want to overload it.
I saw online at a lawn/garden website that they are interchangeable.I have 4 troy bilt attachments and I need to know if they'll interchange with the craftsman weedeater also.Because craftsman has a good deal on 31cc 2 cycle for only 119.00 and I'm thinking about buying it.Does anyone know for 100% that these craftsman and troy bilt attachments are interchangeable?

I was told by a Sears employee, who works in the outdoor power equipment section, that all Craftsman yard tools are manufactured by someone else. The Craftsman logo is just a brand that is placed on another companie's tool in hopes of increasing sales. He told me that Craftsman string trimmers are made by Husqvarna.
Weedeater products, or FeatherLite Weedeaters are made by Poulan. The web address in weedeater.com. There you will be able to put in the model number (ex. FL20), and select type 1. You will get an illustrated parts list and order any part you need.
The craftman cordless weedeater will weed and entire three quarter acre yard completely and still have power to do more.
To put a weedeater engine in a power wheel, first ensure that the engine is compatible in size and power for the vehicle. Remove the existing motor from the power wheel and prepare the weedeater engine by securing it with brackets or mounts to fit the chassis. Connect the throttle and ignition systems appropriately, ensuring safe wiring. Finally, test the setup for stability and functionality before use.
Some are, some aren't. A lot of Husqvarna products are sold as badge engineered items, as well (Craftsman, American Yard Products, Yard Pro, WeedEater, McCulloch, etc.).
Some brands of commercial ride-on mowers are Walker, Jazzer Terra Pro, Scag, Super Slope Master, Kubota, Dixon, Flymo, Weedeater, Sears and Craftsman.
