2 cartridges- the .32 S&W, and the .32 S&W Long. Please have yours checked by a competent gunsmith before attempting to fire ANYTHING in it- these are now nearing 100 years old. DO NOT attempt to use .32 Auto cartridges.
Impossible to answer without a detailed description.
As long as both the rifle and the revolver are chambered in .44 magnum you can use the same ammunition for both. I have a Henry rifle in .44 mag and a Ruger redhawk .44 mag and I use the same ammo for both. That's one of the nice things about that caliber.
Usually a revolver, although a few rifles were made in that caliber.
It can fire .32 Smith & Wesson and .32 Smith & Wesson long ammunition. These are the only ammunition types it is designed for, and is NOT compatible with other types of .32 calibre/7.65mm ammunition.
.38 Special, yes. Other .38 cartridges (such as the .38 Long Colt or .38 Super), no.
Although it can be done, DO NOT !! Never fire ammunition in a weapon that it is not chambered for.
simply put .... no... you need long caliber bullets to fit in the chamber properly Actually, if you have some half moon clips, you can shoot .45acp in a .45LC. You will not be pleased with the results though. Buy some .45 LC ammunition please.
22 Short, 22 Long, or 22 Long Rifle rimfire interchangeably.

POSSIBLY a Spanish revolver (Largo indicates the .32 Long cartridge). These were made by the thousands by multiple, small gunmakers in Spain.
