Depends on what you have, exactly. There were a number of rifles manufactured in the Soviet Union in 7.62x54R during that timeframe.. what you have is most likely a Mosin-Nagant 91/30, and, being manufactured in 1943, it would have the round receiver. They're pretty plentiful, and haven't accumulated a lot of value. Currently, you can buy them from AIM Surplus for $79.95 (plus an additional $10 if you want a handpicked one). If I were to order one today for a customer, I believe the shipping from AIM would be something like $10, plus there'd be the FFL receiving fee (unless you have an FFL03/C&R licence).. I charge my customers $20, other FFL dealers may charge more. So, all in all, you'd be looking at about $120 if you wanted to price it comparably.. you might be able to get a little more if you've taken the steps to remove the cosmoline from the wood and metal.
