A good home remedy for cures for a sore throat is to fill a cup with lukewarm water and add some salt. If you gargle the saltwater 2-4 times daily until it soothes up some, it should feel better.
I could not find a vocal performance of Sweet Cherry Pie, although there are instrumental performances by pianist Hilton Ruiz, the song's composer, and Cuban saxophone player Juan Pablo Torres. There is a song called Swwet Cherry Wine, which was a hit for Tommy James and the Shondells in 1968. The band Warrant performed a song called "Cherry Pie" released in 1990.
The longest whale song to ever be recorded lasted for 42 hours and 12 minutes (37 secons to be precise). I don't know where it was recorded though. Add me on moshi monsters- I am whaleloverxxx BTW i'm 13 because there has been some confusion on how old I a and should I be on moshi monsters if I'm over 16 or something like that.
Probably jackals or hyenas.
listen up what I prefer you buying is sg or gray nicolls .because I bought a kookaburra blade prodigy 40 which costed 1599 1.5 yrs ago I disliked it for reasons its piece of willow is not so good because the bat starts getting heavier once old and the wood marks and burns and even the wood starts rottening .so do not buy kookaburra.the bats r good but he good ones r costly.then comes ss my brother purchased a ss bat about 7yrs ago for coaching the bat was good for rs 1999 the bat was good and is still there but it does not have a good sweet spot meaning it cannot generate too much power.gm has had some bad reviews for cheap ones even my friends told me that it is not good.now then gray nicolls and sg left.both r fantastic bats I haven't tried gray nicolls but it is good according to experts and has good edges nice swwet spot but I am not much concerned about the cheap ones around 1500 because ive got no idea it might turn out like my blade.however I checked some gray nicolls on flipkart and I liked a bat called gray nicolls quantum smasher for 1300 looks great and is a Kashmir willow you could check it out.now comin to sg when m I bought kookaburra my friend bought sg boundary extreme it rocks good edge great stylish perfectly awesome and in you budget plus all sg bats have great edges and are for less I just admire sg bats.they r great.however even gray nicolls is good but you actually domtknow what it is as imported and even if it is worth the cost.this was my review and if I am going to buy a bat I will buy sg.thanks hope this helped.see ya
Your baseline calorie consumption could be determined through some rather elaborate tests, but generally we all burn a certain amount of calories just "living", before we do anything. A lot of that is determined by muscle mass and muscle tone. If you get stronger and more "in shape", you'll burn more calories even when you aren't doing anything. Then we can exercise to burn MORE calories. The only way to really loose weight is to use more calories than we consume. If you go for a starvation diet, you just loose muscle mass, which slows down the rate of calorie consumption. The best way to loose weight is to eat a good, well balanced diet, with plenty of protein and low sugar/low fat. Then exercise to keep the muscle tone.Just as a general guide, your body will burn somewhere around 1,000 calories a day by just your heart beating, lungs breathing, maintaining your body temperature, and other involuntary functions. About another 1,000 calories are from a general lifestyle, such as you walking around the house and sitting down, getting up, and other basic common movements. So, bearing in mind that it will vary from person to person, if you eat about 2,000 calories a day, and live a moderate lifestyle, you should maintain your weight fairly well. Also, realize that a pound of fat equals to about 3,000ish calories when burned. So, if you eat around 1,200 calories a day and hit the gym with some hard cardio for about an hour, then you could possibly burn around 800ish calories, and thus have a deficit of about 2,000 calories for the day. This could let you burn around 3-4 pounds a week (remembering that everyone is different). Also, you should eat good foods that have high protein, moderate carbs, ect. Foods like canned tuna, oatmeal, eggs, any green veggies, fruits, milk, swwet potatoes, and whey protein powder are good foods among others. Just remember, start out moderate when you exercise and try to push yourself past a comfort zone each time. You will start to build endurance and become stronger and faster this way. Also, consult your doctor to find out what is safe for you to do nutrition wise and for exercise limits. To conclude, there are no real magical ways to lose weight without eating right and exercising. Remember, weight lose equals more calories burned than consumed. Period.
