You posted this under the Iver Johnson topic and that company made a lot of revolvers in Fitchburg, which isn't far from Chicopee Falls. The only arms maker I find in Chicopee is Stevens, but I have no records of a Stevens revolver. Are you sure it is not a tip-up pistol?
This is probably an 1894 Favorite. Depending on condition, it is worth $125(poor) to $400 (excellent). A drawback is the scarcity of .25-caliber ammunition.
About 1886, if the marking is J. Stevens Arms & Tool Co.
Mass. Arms of Chicopee Falls was a large gunmaker that later became Stevens. Does that match up to your gun? No reference I have lists Chicopee Arms. S0- what did you want to know?

Stevens was founded in 1864 in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts. Savage in Utica, New York, in 1894. Savage purchased the Stevens plant and name in 1920 and continued to make guns with the Stevens name in the Chicopee Falls facility until the late 1940's. The Stevens line was discontinued in 1991, but revived in 1998 or 1999 on a few "commemorative" models.
