Well some people think yes because they look too real and someone could use a realistic toy gun to terrorise someone or rob a bank, because if you walk into a bank with a toy gun that's tip has been painted red/orange or the taller has been blacked the victim will think it is real and you will get the same firearm offense charges you would get if you robbed a store/bank with a real gun. Some people think no, because there are more dangerous things like knives that should not be banned.

I believe that toy guns should be banned because children get addicted to them. I also believe that because my nephew he likes the little toy guns sounds like the loud snaps.But i believe this is my fault because i play many action/shooting games. Others may have their own opinions

I live in Australia, so the case here is different but if you walk into a bank with a realistic toy gun you will get the same result but I love having shoot outs around the apartment with my friends and everyone knows there fake and its a hell of a lot better than sitting around doing the same thing on a console though, I do that too. And toy guns are VERY similar to prop gun, I mean we use toy guns to film movies and if they were banned here it would be terrible, and besides if you ban toy guns you should be banning GUNS first as they can actually DO DAMAGE.
