You will have to contact Savage directly for the answer to your question.I beleive that the serial numbers to the Stevens model 311 side by side shotgun are not in the public domain.I can say that the model 311 was discontinued in the year 1989.
I don't know what the numbers on the trigger are unless they are a part number, but you can add about 25% to the asking price for a single selective trigger.
It's probably a pin instead of a screw, and according to e-gunparts.com, it's called the Trigger Pin.

Not a model number. If you are finding that stamped behind the trigger guard it is an assembly number. In any event, virtually any Stevens single-shot shotgun is going to sell for less than $100. sales@countrygunsmith.net
To install trigger springs on a Stevens 940E shotgun, first ensure the firearm is unloaded and safe to work on. Remove the trigger assembly by unscrewing the necessary screws and carefully taking out the parts. Replace the old trigger springs with new ones by aligning them properly in their designated slots, making sure they are seated correctly to avoid any functionality issues. Finally, reassemble the trigger assembly and test it to ensure proper operation.
