A large revolver
I just purchased a 9mm Beretta FS pistol. I would like to know the caliber of the round that this gun takes.
The P-38 in 22LR is the only 22LR pistol made by Walther that looks like a P38
Need to know iif its a revolver or semi-automatic and the caliber.
Caliber is the size of the barrel's inside diameter, in fractions of an inch. A .25 caliber pistol fires a bullet that is about 0.25 inches across. Pistol can range from very small (about 10 caliber) up to very large (75 caliber) and there are hundreds of different cartridge sizes in between.
a .32 acp caliber pistol round is also called a 7.65mm in the metric designation. But that doesn't fit the real-world measurements, because a .32 pistol bullet is really more like .30 or .31 caliber, and 7.8mm in metric measurements. The diameters of a 7.63 bullet and a .32 caliber bullet are similar, but that doesn't mean they're the same "caliber" or that they will fit the same guns. The 7.62 mm family of rifles are often called ".30 caliber" and they really are close to that, with the bullets either .308 or .311 diameter.
You will need to take it to a gunsmith.
The Sierra Six looks like a ruger single six- or a colt peacemaker. Basically it looks like any pistol you would see on an old western movie. A good- low cost shooter....
First made 1883, dropped from the line during WW2
Doctors in the military are issued defensive arms--they usually get the M9 pistol. They can't have a weapon to use offensively, like a rifle. The only people in the military who are issued no arms at all are chaplains.
$400-$450
About $250-$350, depending on EXACT condition, original box, papers, etc.
The 15XT is a BB pistol, like the name says. It is not a Pellet pistol. If you can't force is back into the BB holding slide then you might as well buy a new pistol. You will need a .177 caliber cleaning rod and use it to push the pellet back into the BB loading port
