Nothing, unless your bullet makes sparks on the ground, or the bomb casing. Or unless it is an impact bomb. But if it is a nuclear bomb, then nothing really will happen.

It depends a great deal on the type of bomb and what it is designed to do. In the majority of cases, nothing. In some, it could set the bomb off, particularly if it is crude and not well made. In the case of a nuclear bomb, chances are that nothing would occur, or you would have what is known as a secondary explosion, where there is a bang and the radioactive material is spread around, but it wouldn't result in a nuclear explosion.
