At the base of an exterior window sash are usually 2 openings to the outside to drain condensation.

All weep-hole's should be on the bottom center of the water pump
The small hole (weephole) you are talking about is actually on the water pump housing. The belt that turns the fan pulley also turns the shaft that passes through the water pump and circulates the coolant (the fan does not have a gear box). When water leaks through the weephole, it is a sign that the water pump is bad.
Weep holes are supposed to leak every time you run water through the hydrant. If it leaks constantly, you don't have a problem with a leaky weephole, you have a leaking hydrant. This can be fixed by replacing the rubber stopper at the end of the rod.
I plugged a water pump on a 89 mustang 5.0 with jb weld steel stick, if done properly it will stop your leak. however if a lot ccolant is comming from the weep hole then you need to replace the water pump.
I suggest you look at the water pump, it has what is called a weephole underneath the housing. Usually if this is wet with coolant (which is not normal) the water pump seal is bad and causes a slow leak of coolant. The pump still works but eventually will fail.
According to SOWPODS (the combination of Scrabble dictionaries used around the world) there are 1 words with the pattern W--P--LE. That is, eight letter words with 1st letter W and 4th letter P and 7th letter L and 8th letter E. In alphabetical order, they are: weephole

Which "drain hose" are you referring to? Is it on the right side of motor, coming out of lower right side of radiator and going into engine? Or is it actually dripping onto skidplate underneath the motor on the right side? Many times the skidplate drip is actually coming out of the water pump weephole because the water pump impeller shaft seal is bad. I'm told it's a VERY common problem with the YFZ, and once fixed, it could last for 5 minutes or 5 years- one never knows.
The easiest way to verify a faulty water pump is by the "weep hole" located on the top of the pump's housing. Next you can verify flow in the cooling system by (be sure the engine is cool)running the engine at idle with the rad cap open. You want to stimulate some cross flow of coolant across the opening at the cap by gently squeezing the upper hose down from the thermostat outlet, after each squeeze you will should see surge and recession of coolant and flow. If the pump is faulty, the bearing squeals like a banshee, as well as coolant leaks from the weephole, high engine temperatures at idle and speed. If your pump is faulty, chances are you will know it, you should replace it very soon as overheating damage can be devastating.
This operation is NOT for the faint of heart, mechanically speaking. It is a challenge even for an experienced technician. You will have to remove the intake manifold as the spark plug holes are buried underneath it. You will need to replace the metallic manifold gasket as part of this operation. To get the manifold off you may have to remove part of the cooling system (there is a metal pipe that runs from the thermostat area down the length of the intake manifold valley for example). When I did mine it was discovered that the water pump was leaking coolant out of it's weephole, so check that out too as the time to replace it is when you have the engine all torn down for the plugs issue. If you do replace the water pump then replace the backing plate as well and you should consider replacing the timing belt and idler pulleys/bearings at the same time. TIP: take lots of pictures (with a digital camera) as it comes apart to reference each electrical connector and mark each bolt and hole to get them back where they belong. Remember that when working with any casting the fit must be perfect before any bolts are tightened and that the bolts must be increasingly torqued in a repeated pattern to keep from cracking the casting.
