They are both basically the same model only they appear to look different, but inside they are the exact same rifle. They even use the same parts manual.
Well I am not sure about all the models but my Remington Airmaster 77 says it was manufactured by Crosman. ( Crosman is in New York) It doesn't say anything about China anywhere on the box or the rifle. Crosman owns Benjamin, Sheridan and is licensed to manufacture Remington air rifles.
