It seems that they were made by Crescent Firearms (Folsom subsidiary), J. Stevens Arms Co (division of Savage), and Iver Johnson Arms & Cycle Works and possibly others. You may be able to determine who manufactured it by looking at single shots by these companies and trying to match all the little details.
