In modern weaponry (20th century and on), typical velocity for a rifle round fired from a common (i.e. not specialized) weapon ranges roughly between 900fps at the low end to approximately 4,400fps at the high end. Variables to tak into account are the amount of powder, the shape and weight of the bullet, and whether a sabot is used in the cartridge.
The average speed of a rifle bullet is typically around 2,500 to 3,000 feet per second.
Average speed is an average value of speed over a given time. If your speed is constant (not changing), then your average speed will equal your speed at any given moment in time.
Impossible to answer without knowing the exact rifle.
Average Speed is different from average speed becoz speed is particular while avera speed is the total distance divided from time

I would call it current speed, not average speed.
You would have to define stronger. And specify WHICH rifle and WHICH shotgun. Shotguns generally fire heavy projectiles at slow speed, rifles lighter projectiles at high speed.
average speed = distance / time
Instantaneous speed is the speed at a particular moment in time. The average speed of an object tells you the (average) rate at which it covers distance
Average speed = Total distance / Total time
For the instantaneous value of average velocity, average speed and average velocity are equal.
