Russian Makarov pistols are bringing $250-$350.
The Baikal IJ-70 is a Soviet-era pistol based on the Makarov design, and it was first produced in the early 1970s. Specifically, production began in 1973 at the Baikal factory in Russia. The IJ-70 is notable for its variations, including models designed for both civilian and law enforcement use.
I suggest you contact "Airguns of Arizona" they are the importers for this model. See the link below
The used value of a Makarov Baikal IJ-70 B-West from 1996 can vary based on its condition, market demand, and location, but typically ranges from $200 to $400. Factors such as the presence of original packaging, documentation, and any modifications can also influence the price. It's advisable to check current listings on platforms like GunBroker or local gun shops for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing.
I assume by "Baikal Handgun" you are referring to the Makarov pistol, for which parts are readily and cheaply available at many sources. One of the best is eBay, where you can find parts by placing the words "makarov parts" in the search box. Another good source of Makarov parts is the website Makarov.com, which is a company that handles only parts and accessories for the Makarov pistol, including a really neat .22 rimfire conversion kit. Makarov pistols have been imported into the USA from several different countries, including China, East Germany, Bulgaria and from Russia (as the "Baikal"). Another good source would be for you to go to your local Wal-Mart and pick up a copy of the Shotgun News, available at the sporting goods dept. There are many parts dealers that have what you need, as well as many sources for complete pistols, available only to FFL licensed dealers.
The non-military variants will be marked "Baikal-442" or "IJ70". The military models will always be chambered in the 9x18 Makarov cartridge (whereas the IJ70 was also available in 9x17/.380 ACP), and they will have the Izhevsk arsenal marking (arrow inside of a triangle). Pistols made in East Germany (which, by the way, are the most highly sought after of the Makarov pistols) will have their markings in German, Chinese pistols will have Chinese markings (and these are also manufactured through casting, rather than forging). The Bulgarian pistols will have Cyrillic markings, as well, but they won't have the Izhevsk arsenal marking (arrow inside of a triangle).

The last time you hear of Makarov is in the boneyard when Capt. Price has a coversation with him. It is assumed that he is still alive.
With the war over, Makarov went into hiding in the Arabian Peninsula at the Hotel Oasis. In January, Price and Yuri assault the hotel, intent on killing him. Price catches up with Makarov, preventing his escape by a helicopter by killing the pilots. As the chopper crashes in the ensuing chaos, Makarov beats Price to his Desert Eagle and nearly kills him. He is then shot by Yuri, who in turn is killed by him. This buys Price enough time to beat Makarov down, wrap a cord around his neck and force him through the glass roof, shredding and hanging him at the same time.
Price tackles him to the ground and ties a rope around his neck. He then breaks through a glass roof causing them both to fall. While Price lands safely the rope around Makarov's neck runs out of slack and it pulls, snapping his neck and hanging him.
Its about killing Makarov. Soap and Price will have to find him.
yes he dies in the last mission after he kills yuri captain price gets a rope and ties it around makarovs neck and then busts through a window and there is makarov hanging and then captain price starts to smoke
