You must look at the screw head and decide what type it is. So many different screws are now available it's impossible for us to say if we haven't seen a 'pokewalker' ,whatever that is..
I believe the Pokewalker requires a very small Phillips head screwdriver.
You get a screwdriver and look on the back. You will see a small screw. If you have a small enough screwdriver for that screw, use it to pop the back off. But be sure to put the screw back on once your done. Don't loose it. You may also switch backs of the PokeWalker and put on the belt back (has a thing on the back to put on your belt). Hope I helped! 9tailedfox21
NO, a screwdriver is what turns the screw.
If the pokewalker gets wet I will try and take the battery out and dry it as much as i can, I am not that positive it will still work but hopefully it will.
Take a walk with your pokemon in the pokewalker

For electrical outlets, you should use a flathead screwdriver or a Phillips screwdriver, depending on the type of screws used. It is important to use the correct size and type of screwdriver to avoid damaging the screws or the outlet.
You have to take a step and every step you take it will grow one exp
You can't. You can only take one at a time
When the screen says, "This Pokewalker has already been registered" or something similar, it means that Pokewalker has been registered to a different game card. In order to send your Pokemon on a stroll with that Pokewalker, follow the instructions below. On the menu screen, select "Connect to Pokewalker". This will take you to the Pokewalker menu. On this screen, hold the DOWN button, the X button, and the L button. This will give you a warning to reset everything on the Pokewalker. Select Yes, and follow the instructions given to reset all the data on the Pokewalker. This will not delete your Routes, however. Afterwards, follow the on screen directions to register your Pokewalker again. This will allow you to send Pokemon on a stroll in the Pokewalker again. If your Pokewalker gets broken or lost with a Pokemon on a stroll, on the Pokewalker menu, hold the UP button, the SELECT button, and the R button to force your Pokemon back into it's PC Box in the HeartGold or SoulSilver game. Take note you will not receive the items and Pokemon you found.
