The 410 is a shotgun round. Slug loads are available and have been made for decades.
NO!!
Hell no. .410 is not a gauge it is a caliber. True gauge is a measurement of the number of lead balls of bore diameter that constitute a pound. The .243 bullet is a lot smaller than the diameter of a .410 barrel. There are some .410's that can shoot 45 colts but not all can.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS!! Never use ammunition in a firearm not designed for it.
A 410 shotgun is basically a 41 caliber smoothbore. A 45 caliber round may fit in the chamber, but the bullet is too big. Don't do it.
None. While there are firearms made to shoot .45 Colt AND .410 shotshells, they are designed and made to do that. A regular .410 shotgun is NOT made to do that safely.
Gun Parts Corporation sells them for $20.30.

The Mossberg 410 183D B was made from 1950 to 1953.
None. A bullet is a bullet, regardless of what material it's made from.
Not safely. Despite the tales you have heard about this, the pressures of a .44 Magnum are well above the design pressure of a .410. WHEN (not if) the gun fails, someone is going to be hurt. No. Don't.
