It is a shotgun not a rifle- and Crescent was bought by Savage in 1931.

This shotgun was probably made by Crescent, so your local gunsmith can probably find one in his parts pile. Or, if there are no missing pieces, he can repair yours.
AFAIK, there is no published sn data on Crescent Arms.

Highly unlikely you will find any. Getting them made will probably cost more than the shotgun is worth.
This trade name was used by both Crescent Fire Arms and Iver Johnson. If it is a single shot, it will be worth $35 to $75, and if a double barrel shotgun, from $100 to $250, depending on condition.
